ListingEvolve® is a strategic optimization framework designed to align Amazon product listings with modern AI-driven discovery systems.

Case Studies

The ListingEvolve® 12-week Framework launched in January 2026, built on eight years of in-depth research into Amazon’s algorithms, AI systems, machine learning, and search retrieval behaviour. It also incorporates two years of external AI signal monitoring focused specifically on Amazon products.

As a result, these case studies are very recent, but they already provide a clear indication of the impact this framework can deliver within a 12-week cycle.

Sample Cases

A Technical Product - Launched in 2017, this established ASIN had built strong review equity with over 1,000 reviews. However, after a wave of new competitors entered the category, performance declined sharply in August 2025. Like many mature listings, historic success was no longer enough to protect rank, click-through rate, or conversion momentum.

The brand approached me in the New Year as part of a wider portfolio review covering forty products. I immediately applied the ListingEvolve® 12-Week Framework: a phased process designed specifically for established Amazon listings that need to adapt, recover, and compete again.

Rather than making random edits, the framework systematically evolves a listing across four stages:

Phase 1 – Initial Optimization
Core listing elements were refined and tested to improve traffic quality and conversion signals.

Phase 2 – Search & AI Eligibility
The listing was strengthened to better align with modern Amazon search behaviour and broader product discovery channels.

Phase 3 – Brand & Asset Development
Visual assets, messaging consistency, and trust signals were upgraded to improve conversion performance.

Phase 4 – Reflection & Iteration
Results were analyzed, learnings applied, and the listing prepared for sustained growth.

Within weeks, the listing began a phased recovery and returned to stronger sales levels than at any other point that year. Stock sold through in March, and the product returned in April.

Why This Matters

Established listings often lose momentum because markets evolve faster than their content does. Competitors improve, shopper behaviour changes, and platforms update how products are discovered.

ListingEvolve® exists to solve exactly that problem. It is not a redesign. It is an evolution process for listings that have already proven they can win.

Customer Comment: "Heath, this is amazing! We were so worried as this problem was affecting our whole product range. There were so many things in your framework that we had never considered. Thank you! We'll be in touch about the other ASINs we discussed." - H Wagner, Director, PCT Bxxxxxxth GmbH

Safety Product Case Study - This low-priced, non-technical ASIN operates in a highly competitive category with a low barrier to entry, where competing products offered stronger features and more aggressive pricing.

The product launched in September 2025, supported by social media traffic; however, the initial advertising strategy sent poor-quality signals to Amazon, causing the ASIN to become associated with low-value and irrelevant search terms.

As a result, genuinely relevant keywords became more expensive to target, while overall visibility and trust within the algorithm remained weak.

This was one of ten ASINs that struggled for four months to gain traction during the peak seasonal selling period.

The ListingEvolve® Framework began on 20th February. Within weeks, the listing achieved stronger sales than at any previous point, despite reduced advertising spend.

As the framework progressed, search relevance improved, keyword alignment strengthened, and the ASIN began appearing for more commercially valuable terms. Most importantly, sales momentum continued even after the category moved out of season.

Why This Matters

Many listings fail not because of the product itself, but because poor launch signals create long-term friction inside Amazon’s system.

ListingEvolve® helps reset, rebuild and strengthen those signals, allowing the right products to perform properly.

Customer Comment: "Following your audit, we took your recommendations seriously and began implementing several improvements. We are now in a much stronger position and have placed an order for an additional 750 units of this model. Thank you for all your help, and in restructuring our ads. You've been a tremendous help through this whole process." - M & S Mxxxxnt, Partners, Inxxxxxxx Oxx

Home Decor Products Case Study - This premium home décor range consists of high-priced products in a category where conversion rates are naturally lower. Purchase decisions are highly subjective, product features are limited, and successful designs are frequently copied by lower-priced alternatives.

I have personally managed the brand’s Amazon advertising for several years, helping scale performance from approximately £5,000 per month in sales to over £250,000 per month, while reducing ACoS to around a third of previous levels.

Despite that growth, I believed the listings themselves were underperforming. The brand had an internal team of designers and copywriters working within strict brand guidelines, and while the existing content was competent, it lacked the strength and persuasion needed to maximise conversion on premium-priced items.

Because these were well-established listings generating seven figures annually, making changes carried understandable hesitation. However, after introducing the ListingEvolve® Framework, we agreed to trial the process on three weaker ASINs to measure the impact.

These listings were already indexed for relevant keywords and supported by strong advertising performance, but improved conversion rates would create a second advantage: better organic ranking efficiency and lower total advertising dependency.

Within weeks of implementing the framework, all three ASINs showed immediate positive movement. See images below.

Why This Matters

Even successful listings can quietly underperform for years.

When traffic is already present, improving conversion often becomes the fastest route to stronger ranking, lower TACoS, and incremental revenue growth.

ListingEvolve® helps established brands unlock gains they may already be paying for but not fully capturing.

Customer Comment: "We are delighted with the results. This has finally moved the needle on some keywords we couldn't get ranked in the top 10. We will give you another three ASINs to test, and we would like you to work closer with our internal team to maximize our brand visibility and efficiencies. Thank you, Heath!" - A Clover, Brand Director, Pure Fxxx Homes
